
ABOUT ME
Hello Dream Chaser,
I'm your Weight Loss Coach bestie, healthy living blogger and owner of Coach Amy, LLC.
I started personal coaching in March of 2023 when a colleague called me out of the blue to help her lose 40 pounds. (she could have called anyone, so I took that as a sign)
I've been facilitating group workshops as a Coach at WeightWatchers since 2019. That experience led to meeting so many wonderful people (witnessing 100s of members joining and rejoining who felt overwhelmed and lost motivation) Wanting to connect on a deeper level and offer more support outside the 30 minutes a week in a workshop, combined with the spark that ignited with that phone call from a colleague, "Coach Amy" was born. 🥑
As a personal coach, I do just that, tailor support to women who need it-- for accountability, tactical help and mindset strategies that help ditch old ways of thinking. (goodbye, diet culture- no really, goodbye)
I've had a lifelong battle with my weight and in 2016 lost the weight for good. I've kept the weight off, learned so much about myself- and FINALLY changed my relationship with food. (so, yes, I get it!!!)
I'm also an adoptive mom, empty nester, wife, friend, co-worker, book club goer, avid walker, outdoor enthusiast and philanthropist (to name a few).
I've coached and encouraged people (of all ages) through the years, helping them realize that they CAN get back to a healthy and fun-filled life.
Whether it's weight loss, blended family issues, a crazy mom life, mid-life fatigue, any life circumstance or health outcome, personal coaching can be your next best move to getting back to YOU.

SERVICES
Personal Coaching sessions, (One on One) are 50 to 60 minutes by phone, virtual or in-person (local clients). Most sessions cover weight loss strategies and building a tool box for long term change. (varies by person) Empowering clients to break up with the cycle of dieting is my biggest strength.
Local clients meet at a coffee shop or other convenient place for customized sessions based on your needs and aligned with your wellness vision. Virtual sessions meet on Google Meet video conferencing.
Join the Community
There are plenty of opportunities to join the Coach Amy community, such as meal planning events, book discussions, Bunco events, monthly Walking Club and many more ways to build healthy relationships and connections.

Grit & Grace Walking Club begins its second year in March 2026. Check back on the Event tab for details and the entire 2026 schedule. (meets once a month) - $40 annual dues or $5 pay as you go. All levels welcome.

"More than Motivation" - 12 weeks $1050 **
Create healthier habits with weekly personal coaching sessions that keep you motivated and accountable that includes:

12 weekly personal coaching sessions (50-60 minutes), virtual or in-person. (2 can be rescheduled)

"Walk & Talk" option for indoor or outdoor walk that includes movement with coaching.

Resources for activity and moving in fun ways

Mid-week check ins for extra accountability and support

**$80 per session after initial 12-week commitment- can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices are sent securely and easily through email using Square. (Packages can be divided into 3 payments) Please check with your physician and insurance; some cover coaching for weight loss and allowable with your HSA)
