Hello, Dream Chaser!
I'm a Personal Coach, an adoptive mom, empty nester, wife, friend, co-worker, outdoor lover and philanthropist (to name a few).
I've had a life long battle with my weight and in 2016 lost the weight for good.
I've kept the weight off, learned so much about myself- and FINALLY changed my relationship with food.
I've coached and encouraged people (of all ages) through the years, helping them realize that they CAN get back to a healthy and fun-filled life.
Whether it's weight loss, blended family issues, a crazy mom life, mid-life fatigue or any life circumstance, personal coaching can be your next best move to getting back to YOU.

I love to work with clients to create EASY, healthy and doable meal plans. We work together to create a plan with foods you love and recipes that work with your lifestyle. You don't have to be a cook! (Includes Gluten-free, Vegan, Plant-based, Mediterranean etc...)

SERVICES
Personal Coaching sessions, (One on One) are 45 to 60 minutes by phone, virtual or in-person (local clients). Most sessions cover weight loss strategies and building a tool box for long term change. (varies by person) Empowering clients to break up with the cycle of dieting is my biggest strength.
Local clients have an opportunity to join meal planning events, book discussions, Bunco events, Walking Club and many more ways to build healthy relationships and connections.
Services can include meal planning, goal setting, accountability check-ins and tools and resources for health and wellness.
"Walk & Talks" are very popular and combine activity with our coaching session.
NEW- Grit & Grace Walking Club begins April 5, 2025. (meets once a month on Saturday's) - $40 annual dues or $5 pay as you go. All levels welcome. Sign up for my weekly blog (below) to get the Walking Club schedule and other healthy living tips, motivation, positive mindset and a free 5-Day Avocado Recipe Challenge.
Vacation and cruise planning are other helpful sessions to plan and strategize for travelling!

PRICING
🥑Personal Coaching is billed by the session (usually weekly or bi-weekly).
This includes strategy and goal setting (45-60 minutes), along with accountability check-ins by text or email during the week.
Life coaching, weight loss, meal planning, or any other circumstance that leads us to work together is the same fee. (all aspects of health & wellness as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach).🎯
We can arrange a fee with a sliding scale, based on income, to make it easier to fit your budget. (Fee range is $55-$65 per session)
Virtual, Phone or In-Person
Option 1- Commit to 1 session at a time, $65
Option 2 - Commit to 4 sessions at a time, get 10% off, $234.
Option 3 - Commit to 8 sessions at a time, get 15% off, $442.
Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices are sent securely and easily through email using Square. Venmo, Check and Cash are also accepted.
